Professional Bio - Strategic IT Consultant

With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of IT and business management, I founded RaeAligned Consulting to help organizations turn their technology into a powerful, strategic asset. I specialize in implementing business best practices and bridging the gap between high-level leadership and technical operations. I hold certifications in Business Relationship Management (BRMP) and ITIL Foundations, and I am currently completing my ITIL Strategic Planning certification (anticipated late 2026). My true passion lies in untangling complex organizational problems. By streamlining processes and optimizing operational capabilities, I empower businesses to build sustainable, long-term IT foundations designed for lasting success.
